UFCW Nor Cal Trust Fund Merry-Go-Round

As a current UFCW Member and or a current UFCW Retiree who is a Participant in any UFCW Administered Trust Fund Plan in Roseville or Walnut Creek, undoubtedly, you have encountered at one time or another, the frustration when trying to obtain information/assistance about Medical or Pension questions/answers from our Trust Fund Office.

We all have encountered at times, the inexcusable length of time we are put on "hold" waiting to talk with a someone from the Trust Fund Office about our questions/problems/etc....

In an effort to provide everyone with as much information as possible and to assist each other with "direct contact information" for each of our two (2) Trust Fund Offices, please find enclosed a Telephone Directory for your attention and review.

Additionally, we would also urge anyone who attempts to contact our Trust Fund Office by telephone and or by E-Mail to be sure to document in detail the full name of the person you are talking with at the Trust Fund Office, the day & date, the time and the subject matter you are discussing and the resolution "if" any. Keep this information in a secure place in the event you need to refer back to your telephone conversation, E-Mail, problem, etc...

Additionally & extremely important, if you feel that your needs are not being addressed in a satisfactory manner, we would urge you to contact our Trust Fund Administrator, Mr. Jody Osterweil, preferably by E-Mail, "if" possible and request is immediate intervention to assist you in resolving your questions, problems, etc.

Let us all keep in mind that these are our Trust Funds. It is time that we start being treated as such. We would like to thank those Trust Fund employees who have continuously provided us with tremendous service and dedication, while assisting us with any and all of our Trust Fund related issues.
